Impossible Coconut Pie No2 Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

4 eggs
1 stick margarine -- softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup coconut (reserve 1/2 cup)

Recipe Preparation

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend 30 seconds. Grease and
flour 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan. Pour batter into pan and
sprinkle remaining coconut over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to
45 minutes and coconut is golden brown.
