World Suicide Prevention Day: UK Farmers Urged to Talk as Suicides Rise
A new MHFA England study shows only a quarter of agricultural workers feel able to approach a colleague about suicidal thoughts, and just one in three would know where to signpost help. Sector estimates suggest three farming lives are lost to suicide every week. Male farmworkers are at triple the risk compared with the national male average.
