Sunny's Yummy Easy Baked Tofu Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 16 oz block firm tofu
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp basil
Recipe Preparation
Rinse tofu and slice into 8 equal slices. Put slices in a baking
dish. Pour soy sauce to cover slices, top and bottom. Do not drench.
mix flour, chili powder, ginger and basil in a bowl. Dredge wach
pieces of tofu in the flour mixture and place ona generously oiled
cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minute on each side. Serve
with noodle sor rice.
