Gumbo Vegan Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 cup okra, sliced (fresh or frozen)
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 can italian-flavored crushed tomatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 dash tabasco sauce
1 cup whole kernel corn, fresh or frozen
Recipe Preparation
Saute onion, green pepper and celery in a small amount of water until
soft. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10
minutes and serve. May be served over rice for a main dish.
