Creamy Pesto Sauce Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 package mori-nu silken soft tofu, drained (10.5 oz)
1 cup parsley, stems removed
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp nutritional yeast parmesan
1 oz fresh basil
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
Recipe Preparation
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Process on
high approximately 30 seconds.
Heat and serve over cooked pasta or steamed vegetables.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
Serving size=2 tbsp
