Cous Cous Salad 2 Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 cook couscous according to
1 package directions. i use the whole
1 package, this one made about
6 cup ( i used 3 tablsp of veggie
1 chicken
1 broth powder in the water)
Recipe Preparation
ADD: 1-3 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped green onions 1 16 oz. can
chickpeas any other chopped veggies you want ( tomatoe, cukes,
peppers) mix together ADD Turmeric to taste ( for me 1 1/2 tsp) Curry
Powder ( 1 tsp. or to taste)
Enough fat free mayo or salad dressing to moisten( I used about 1/4
cup , you could probably mostly skip it if you used a few fresh
tomatoes)
Let set overnight to mingle flavors.

All you have to do is simply toast the reduced carb bread in a pre-heated oven on a baking tray. Once it is well toasted, whizz it in your food processor or blender. Keep in an airtight jar.
Foods containing allyl sulfides
( includes pickled shallots, onions and welsh onion)
The onion family is rich in allyl sulfides, a chemical which experts believe could be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer.
Even though there is very little scientific evidence obtainable, allyl sulphides are also thought to help with antiinflammatory effect, high blood pressure and diabetes.
Foods containing allyl sulfides are also low in calories, so should be a part of every diet system.
