Olive Curried-Egg Sandwiches Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

4 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
10 olives, chopped
1/4 tsp sakt
8 slice whole-wheat bread
1 butter or margarine, soften
1 tomato slices
1 fresh lettuce

Recipe Preparation

Combine egg; salad dressing, curry powder, olives and salt in a
medium size bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread bread slices and butter.
Divide egg salad mixture equally on 4 of the bread slices. Top each
with thin slice of tomato and lettuce leaves and place top bread
