Nutty Coconut Bread (Machine) - Large Loaf Recipe

3 cup white bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream of coconut, canned
1/2 cup coconut, flaked or shredded
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tsp yeast, fast rise or machine or -
3 tsp yeast, active dry

This softly subtle bread has a wonderful, chewy texture. The coconut,
pecans and walnuts make a harmonious trio in morning toast. Or serve
this bread freshly-baked as an accompaniment to your favorite fruit
