Recipe Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/2 cup rice cereal
2 tbsp butter or margarine
3 tomatoes,sliced
2 cup cheddar cheese,shredded
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mustard,powdered
3 eggs
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1 paprika
Recipe Preparation
1. Combine milk and salt in a large saucepan; bring to a rapid boil.
2. Slowly stir in cereal, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
3. Stir in mustard and butter.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended.
5. Spread cereal mixture in a greased 9-inch-square baking pan;
arrange tomato slices on top.
6. Sprinkle tomatoes with parsley, cheese and paprika.
7. Bake in preheated 350'F. oven 20 minutes, or until cheese melts.
