Edensoy Shake Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
3 cup edensoy or- any eden food beverage
1 ripe banana
1 cup strawberries or blueberries fresh, or frozen
1/8 cup maple syrup (optional)
Recipe Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth. You can also pour into popsicle
molds and freeze.
Prep Time: 2 minutes * Yield: 4 servings
