Tomato Sandwich Hors D'oeuvres Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
8 tbsp deviled ham
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp minced onion
4 large tomatoes
1 parsley
Recipe Preparation
Combine the ham, mayonnaise and onion. Rinse, dry and cut each
tomato into four 1/4 inch crosswise slices. Spread deviled ham
mixture on half the tomato slices and top each with a second tomato
slice to make sandwiches. Garnish with mayonnaise and a sprig of
parsley and serve as a first course. Serves 8 Typed in MMFormat by
