Tomato Cocktail Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
4 each tomatoes
3 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp catsup
Recipe Preparation
Blanch tomatoes (heat 15 seconds in boiling water). Remove from pan;
peel, seed, and coarsely chop tomato. Marinate tomatoes in lemon
juice, oil, salt, pepper, and catsup 10 minutes. Place marinated
tomatoes into 4 champagne glasses and top each with a dollop of
Frozen Creamed Horseradish and caviar if desired.
