Green Rice - Weight Watchers Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bunch green onions -- sliced
3/4 cup celery -- sliced
1 lb bag broccoli -- chopped
4 tbsp diet margarine -- (melted)
8 oz shredded cheese -- (velveeta

Recipe Preparation
Combine rice and melted margarine. Add onions, cheese, celery,
broccoli (frozen) and soup. Stir to mix. Place in 2 qt casserole and
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is cooked (Cover while
baking).
Makes 8 servings:
