Chicken Loaf Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 cup raw rice
1 cup grated carrots
1 small onion, grated
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 cup cooked chicken or turkey
3/4 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 qt milk
1 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
Recipe Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9" X 13" baking dish and
bake at 325øF for 1-1/2 hours. From: Syd's Cookbook.
