Chili Con Carrot Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1/2 cup carrot, diced
2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin, ground
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, or
2 tsp dried parsley, crushed
Recipe Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients, blending thoroughly. Cover and chill.
Makes about 3 cups of dip SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Brussels Sprouts,
Salami, Cocktail Rye Bread
