Crab Roll Hors D'oeuvre Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb backfin crabmeat
8 oz cream cheese, softened

Recipe Preparation

Season slightly with your choice of the following: salt cream onion
sherry pepper tabasco
: mustard Worcestershire Remove all cartilage
from crabmeat. Very gently mix crab with cream cheese, being careful
not to break the pieces. Shape into a log, sprinkle with parsley,

Obviously, you will need to ensure you use only fruit that is low in carbohydrates and use the whole fruit as the fiber will help.

Vegetablesi in the brassica family are packed with vitamins (folate and vitamin c, for example), minerals (including potassium and selenium), isothiocyanates, antioxidents and indole-3-carbinol.

Amongst most other health and diet benefits, the vitamins and nutrients in these are thought by experts to significantly lower the risk of getting cancer.
