Smoked Salmon Stuffed Eggs Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1/2 cup smoked salmon, minced
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 salt & pepper, to taste
6 egg, hard cooked
1 paprika
Recipe Preparation
Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise. Slip out egg yolks and mash with
fork. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Fill egg whites
with salmon mixture. Garnish with paprika.
