Salmon & Red Pepper Mousse Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/3 cup boiling water
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 large red peppers ,roasted, from j
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp papika
1 cup heavy cream, 1 3/4
1 15 1/2 can red salmon, picke
1 tbsp dill, fresh chopped
