Peas 'n' Salmon Loaf Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 can salmon,drained(15.5oz ea)
2 eggs,beaten
1 tbsp onion,chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cracker crumbs,fine
1 can peas,drained(8.5oz)
1/4 cup tomato catsup
Recipe Preparation
1. Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and
cracker crumbs.
2. Carefully fold in peas.
3. Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated
350'F. oven 30 minutes.
4. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer.
