Easy Mini-Salmon Burgers Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
7 1/2 oz salmon, canned
4 oz saltines, finely crushed
1 onion, finely diced
1 egg
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp dill
2 tsp pepper
Recipe Preparation
Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired. Mix well with
other ingredients, except oil. Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry
lightly in oil until golden brown. Makes approximately 12 mini-
salmon burgers.
Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
