Chickpea Salad (Marks) Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
15 oz (1 cn) chickpeas, (garbanzos beans)
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 green onion, chopped
1 cl garlic, minced
1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes, or to taste
4 tbsp tasty tahini dressing
Recipe Preparation
Rince chickpeas, drain and place in a bowl. Add Celery and green
onions. Combine garlic, pepper flakes and dressing. Pour over
chickpeas mixture and toss. Food Exchange per serving: 1 STARCH/BREAD
