Chestnut Salad (Kastano Salata) Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 lb chestnuts, roasted or boiled
1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley or coriander - choppe, d
1 tsp fresh sage, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 cup yogurt or soft cheese
1 lettuce leaves
1 lemon wedges
Recipe Preparation
Pound or slice the chestnuts. Mix together with the rest of the
ingredients and serve with fresh lettuce leaves and lemon wedges.
