Chanukah Menorah Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
3/4 lb cream cheese, softened
8 maraschino cherries
1/2 lb walnut halves
1 can pineapple spears
Recipe Preparation
Cover an oval platter with a thin smooth layer of cream cheese. On
this arrange the spears to represent a Menorah with candles. On top
of each candle place a cherry for a flame. Trim edge of platter with
walnut halves.
