Recipe Ingredients
1 egg yolk
4 tbsp garlic oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp grated parmesan
1 salt and pepper -- to taste
Recipe Preparation
Slowly pour oil into egg yolk while whisking. Slowly whisk vinegar
into egg mixture. Whisk in remaining ingredients. If dressing is too
thick, thin it down with a little water 1 teaspoon at a time.
