1/4 cup peanut oil
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp ginger root, chopped,
1 tbsp celery, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce

1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 dash salt & pepper
