Bayou Carlin Cole Slaw Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp tabasco pepper sauce
4 cup shredded cabbage (red/and or green)
1 carrot, grated
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
Recipe Preparation
In bowl, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, onion flakes, salt, dry mustard,
celery salt, TABASCO sauce. Mix well. Add cabbage, carrot and
pepper. Toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate. Toss again before
serving. Serves 4.
