Basic Roquefort Dressing (Dgsv43a) Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 cup roquefort (or blue) cheese
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2/3 cup salad oil
2 tbsp vinegar
Recipe Preparation
Mash cheese with a little oil. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice,
vinegar and balance of oil. Shake well until creamy. There are lots of
recipes, but this is my personal favorite. Enjoy.
