7-Up Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 package lemon gelatin
1 package lime gelatin
2 cup hot 7-up
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
Recipe Preparation
Prepare gelatin according to package directions, substituting 7-Up for
water. Let cool to room temperature, stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into molds. Refrigerate.
This was a favorite party dish at Graceland.
