1 1/2 lb pork shoulder, bonless, *
2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp tequila
1 tbsp molasses
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 each clove garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup water
1 each green onion w/top, sliced
Recipe Preparation
* Pork should be cut up into 1-inch cubes.
