Saucy Burgers Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 can 10 3/4 oz. condensed
1 mushroom soup
2/3 cup water
1 bag minute rice boil-in-bag
1 cooked
Recipe Preparation
Mix beef with egg,onion,bread crumbs,ketchup,mustard, Worcestershire
sauce and black pepper.Shape into 4 patties,1" thick.Brown in a large
skillet for 5 minutes on each side. Remove patties;drain fat.Stir
soup and water into skillet and bring to a boil.Return patties to
skillet.Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.Serve over cooked
rice.Makes 4 servings.
