Pork Adobo Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
3 lb pork, cut in 2-inch cubes
15 whole black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup vinegar
6 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
Recipe Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in large pot and simmer 1 hour. Serve
with rice and green vegetables.
