2 tbsp margarine or butter
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 each clove garlic, minced
1 each onion, sliced, small
1 cup fresh mushrooms, *
1 lb lean ground chuck
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

* Mushrooms should be washed, trimmed and sliced.
