Barbecue Spice Rub
Ingredients
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Preparation
Combine all spices in a small bowl. Store in an air tight container.
To use: rub on meat before grilling.
