Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients
6 each pork chops
2 tbsp butter
1 each lemon, sliced
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 salt
1 pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Brown chops with melted butter in large skillet. Place them in greased
baking dish. Place a thin slice of lemon on each. Sprinkle with salt
and pepper. Spread brown sugar over chops, then tomato sauce. Cover
and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 deg.
