Broccoli Lovers Casserole Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 package (10 oz) frozen chopped
1 broccoli, drained
2 cup round butter flavored
1 crackers, crushed
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup onion, grated
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of
1 mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe Preparation
place packages of frozen broccoli in microwave safe dish and
microwave on high power 5-6 min. until defrosted. drain. set aside.
combine crackers and melted butter. place 1/2 of the crackers in the
bottom of a 10 oz quiche dish or pie plate. combine broccoli with
remaining ingredients. mix well and pour over the prepared cracker
base. top with remaining crackers. microwave on med. (50%) power for
18 to 21 min. or until mixture is set. let stand 6-8 min. recipe from
