Bean Casserole Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 can pork and beans
1 can red beans, drained
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1/4 cup water
1 can white lima beans, drained
1 large onion chopped fine
3 tbsp bacon drippings
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp syrup
1 salt & pepper to taste
Recipe Preparation
Fry onion and garlic in bacon fat until limp. Mix with remaining
ingredients. Pour into casserole dish; bake 1 hr. at 350 F.
