Indian Lentil Sandwich Spread (Vegan)
Ingredients
1 cup cooked lentils
4 cl garlic, pressed
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Preparation
all of the ingredients in a small sacuepan. Cook gently over low
heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, to allow the flavors to
blend. Chill for 1 hour. 133 calories, 0.8 grams fat per 1/2 cup
serving. :
