Curry Powder No6
Ingredients
2 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp chili seasoning
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp saffron
Preparation
Grind the coriander seeds, (sieve if any large husks remain). Blend
all of the ingredient together and store in an airtight jar. This
recipe makes 3 ounces of curry powder.
NOTE: THIS IS MADRAS STYLE CURRY POWDER AND IS VERY HOT.
