Summer Season Fruit Jam Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

3 cup chopped sweet cherries
3 cup crushed gooseberries
3 cup crushed red currants
2 1/2 cup crushed raspberries
7 cup sugar

Recipe Preparation

fruits, bring to boil and cook 15 minutes. Add sugar and stir to
dissolve. Bring mixture to boil. Boil, uncovered to jam stage
(104C), about 15 minutes. When jam stage is reached, remove from
heat. Stir and skim 5 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars, seal,
process in boiling water bath - 10 minutes. Makes about 10 - 8oz
