1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
3 tbsp confectioner's sugar --
1 sifted
1/4 tsp lemon rind -- finely grated
1/4 tsp lime rind
3 tsp lemon juice -- freshly
1 squeezed
3 tsp lime juice -- freshly
1 squeezed
Stir ingredients together, adjusting quantities to taste. Chill.
Makes about 2/3 cup.
