1 cup shelled walnuts
2 golden delicious apples, peeled, co, red and diced
1/2 cup sweet wine
Preheat oven to 350F. Place walnuts in a pan and toast for 5 minutes
until dark brown and aromatic. Cool and chop. Combine all
ingredients. Best when served the next day.
