Coconut Drops
Ingredients
14 oz shredded or flaked coconut
1/3 cup sweetened cond. milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients. Stir to blend well.
Cover a cookie sheet with brown paper. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls
onto brown paper. Bake 15 min. Remove at once to wire rack to cool.
