Citrus Spread.
Ingredients
1 lemon
100 g 3,5 oz medium fat cream
1 cheese
25 g 1 oz caster sugar.
Preparation
Finely grate the rind from the lemon and mix with the cheese. Squeeze
the juice from the lemon. Add 15 ml or 1 tbsp of the lemon juice and
the sugar to the cheese. Keep in the fridge.
