Cherry Cranberry Cinnamon Bread
Ingredients
2 cup bread flour
1 1/4 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon -- ground
1 tbsp oil
1 cup milk -- 1%
1 tbsp lemon peel -- grated
1 1/4 tsp yeast
1/8 cup cranberries -- dried
1/8 cup cherries -- dried
Preparation
Orange peel may be substituted for the lemon peel. Place all of the
ingredient into the breadmachine and press start. If you prefer the
berries in larger pieces add them AFTER the initial rise. This bread
is wonderful lightly toasted and spread with cream cheese.
