Cherry Cobbler-Mix
Ingredients
1 cup bake it all mix
1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp cornstarch
1 lb can tart red cherries --
1 pitted
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup milk
Preparation
Put juice from cherries and 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch in a
saucepan. Cook until thickened. Add cherries and butter. Pour
mixture into shallow 1 quart casserole. Blend Mix and 1 Tablespoon
sugar. Add milk to form a soft dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto the
heated fruit mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 425 F. oven. Serve
warm with topping or whipped cream. Yield: 4 servings
