Blueberry Bread (Dak)
Ingredients

FOR 11/2 LB. LOAF
1 package yeast
3 cup bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter or margerine
1 can blueberries (16-1/2 oz), well drained, reserve liq
1/4 cup retained juice
1/4 cup water, approximately
Preparation
Add all dry ingredients into pan. Put well drained berries into a
2-cup measuring cup, add 1/4 cup juice and enough water to equal
1-1/3 cups (we found it to be 1/4 cup water) Select white bread and
push start.
