Blackberry Cobbler (Driscoll)

 

Ingredients

4 cup fresh blackberries
1/4 cup flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 cup packaged biscuit mix
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup milk or water
1 1/2 tsp sugar



 

Preparation

Description: Butter an 8x8 baking pan. Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour
into baking dish. Dot with butter.

Mix buscuit mix, 2 tbls. sugar and milk or water. Pour over fruit
mixture. Top with 1 1/2 tsp. sugar. Bake at 425 F uncovered for 40
minutes or until golden brown.
