Bing Cherry Salad
                     
                    Ingredients
                    
                      2 can bing cherries, drained 
                      1 cup pineapple tidbits, drain 
                      1/2 lb marshmallows 
                      1/2 cup pecans 
                      1 cup whipped cream 
                      6 tbsp pineapple juice 
                      2 eggs 
                      2 tbsp butter
  
                     
 
                     
                    
                      
                    Preparation
                    
                      Cook the custard: Pineapple juice, eggs, and butter. Stir in the 
                      marshmallows until partly melted. Cool. Add whipped cream, then fruit 
                      and nuts.
