Berry Syrup
                     
                    Ingredients
                    
                      8 oz frozen unsweetened berries 
                      12 oz frzn apple juice concentrate 
                      1 tbsp cornstarch 
                      1/4 cup cold water
  
                     
 
                     
                    
                      
                    Preparation
                    
                      Combine berries of your choice and undiluted apple juice concentrate 
                      in cause pan. Mix cornstarch in water until dissolved Slowly add a 
                      little of the cornstarch mixture to berry mixture while it cooks over 
                      medium temperature Continue adding cornstarch until syrup is desired 
                      thickness Serve over waffles or pancakes Makes about 2 1/2 cups
