Berry Frost
Ingredients
3/4 cup frozen unsweetened straw-
1 berries (slightly thawed)
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ice cube
Preparation
In blender at low speed, blend all ingredients until smooth and
frothy; pour into glass.
